Hats get dirty, especially white hats. sigh.

It may be hard to see in the images. The hats above are really dirty. But see how they turned out below! It’s amazing how clean these hats got!
The secret? Dawn Dish Soap.
Cleaning Process:
I soaked the hats in cold water and Dawn dish soap (I kinda forgot about them as I went about my day, so they soaked for hours…but you don’t need to soak them that long). I gently wiped the dirt off the hats with a white washcloth. A few spots were more stubborn, I applied a little more Dawn dish soap directly to the dirty spot on the hat, rubbing gently to suds the soap a bit. Then I used the white washcloth again to finish cleaning the hat. When I was done, I ran a lot of cold water over the hat to ensure all soap was removed. Leave the hat to air dry before wearing.

The Waggle hats clean up SO WELL!
I had cleaned a white Waggle hat that was in worse shape than either of these two, and WOW! The hat looks nearly brand new.
