traveling tissues

I have snot nosed kids, I mean that in the nicest way possible.
Actually, we just have a lot of tissue needs while we’re in the car. We blow (haha, pun intended) through those little travel packs of tissues like nothin’. I tried putting an actual box of tissues in the car, it ended up crushed and smushed and stomped on. Sides bursting open, tissues grubbed into the ground – ick!

So, I made my own refillable traveling tissues.

Take a reusable zip-top bag.
Cut a rectangle into one side of the bag.
Fill with tissues, pull one through the top.
Ta-da, traveling tissues.

Upgrade idea: punch two holes into the bag and string a ribbon through them. You can hang the traveling tissues from a headrest or tie it into the seat.
